Hi, I’m Erica!

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can take a breath, let your guard down, and be fully yourself. My goal is to create a warm, genuine, and collaborative space where you feel comfortable exploring what’s going on beneath the surface- without feeling like you have to have the “right” words or everything figured out.

I work primarily with college women and adult women navigating anxiety, relationships, self-worth, life transitions, and the many questions that can come with growing and changing.

My approach integrates cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and strength-based techniques to create a supportive, empowering, space for growth. Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you and make space for honest reflection and self discovery.

My Background

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am currently a pre-licensed clinician working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. I practice under the clinical supervision of Sarah Slagsvol, LICSW, and receive ongoing supervision as I continue developing my clinical skills and working toward full licensure.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll probably find me with a coffee, crafting, spending time near the ocean, or planning my next trip.

I believe that the little things are actually the big things. A slow morning, a meaningful conversation, feeling connected to the people you love, and creating a life that feels good from the inside out.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, I’d love to connect.
